Mugs have been crafted from the highest grade ceramic using professional sublimation printers and no fade inks.

Mugs are shipped in a custom made styrofoam clam shell to ensure they arrive safely.

Since everything in my store is made to order, some orders ship out quickly and some take a bit longer to make.

Most items normally take about 2-4 business days to process BEFORE shipping out. May be longer during holidays.

•NO cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds after 2 hours have passed since purchase. I will replace your item if it is damaged or defective. I will require a photo of the damage before I can refund or replace your item.
