This ceramic bud vase has a satin eggshell white glaze (just a touch of shine), topped with a glossy off-white glaze. The glossy glaze drips unevenly around the piece, and forms a line of terracotta brown at the bottom, where it meets the satin glaze. The bottom is unglazed, but is partially coated with a thin layer of silicone sealant to prevent condensation rings.

This pottery vase has a rounded shape and short neck. It is perfect for a single bud, a branch, or a feather. The neutral colors will complement any decor.

This signed and dated vase was thrown on the wheel from white stoneware clay, and fired to 2150° Fahrenheit.
