Beautiful and fun 90s floral dress designed by Carole Little. Has bold colors, a fitted waist and slight batwing to the sleeves. Dress has a pleated bottom hem (similar to a mermaid cut) where it flares out if you were to spin! The shoulder pads are removable as well. 94% rayon 6% acetate.

Condition: Excellent! No stains nor tears.
