The owner is extremely sweet and responded super quickly to some questions I had. The mugs got here 3 weeks faster than expected, and came with cute little ceramic charms we can repurpose as christmas ornaments. The mugs themselves are PERFECT. The handles are a great shape, they feel balanced and are so beautiful. They are slightly more gray than I expected

Mug shipped really quickly and arrived with no issues. I love the octopus design. It's a good sized mug, bigger than I expected. I like the shape, the handle is a little wider than I'd normally go for but it holds fine.
