Inspired by the random chaos of wild hedgerows in summer, this is a quality print of an original painting, painted by me, Alice Gavin Atashkar.
The original painting which is 1m x 1m was long listed from 9000 entries for the UK "Jacksons Painting Competition".
Part of the "heavenly realm - summer" series this was inspired in part by the longing to travel experienced during UK's lockdown. I re-imagined by local nature spots in an exaggerated palette and allowed my mind to travel to a joyful, peaceful, heavenly place.
Doing so brought me immense peace during what has been a globally difficult time.
Looks stunning mounted in an off white with a black or neutral frame surrounded by lots of houseplants. Invite summer flow into your home and enjoy it's reviving peace throughout the year.
This piece comes signed and mounted in a beautiful heavy weighted off white mount.
