Item shipped a couple months late. I contacted the seller a few times about the order. Wish they would have let me know from the beginning that it would take much longer than what was given in the item description. The cutouts themselves are very nice.

This is the second time I ordered this product. This time, I had to wait an exceptional amount of time, like months. I love this product, but what has changed that I don't like is they used to come flat, and I could fold them myself, but now they're folded, and they're not precise. I wish she would've left what I wanted. would you sell me a new set that is not folded? I would want it just let me know.
