The only issue I have is that the words are a little too dark and they are difficult to read. The photo looks slightly better than in person. However it is overall a well made bookmark and a cute idea! My husband liked it a lot.

I failed to give what I wanted engraved and instead of letting it go, they went out of their way to ask me if I wanted something and the engraving looks perfect! The leather is a much darker green than I expected but otherwise I couldn’t be happier with the product or service!
