For domestic buyers only: refund and exchanges will only be done if item is received damage,please contact me immediately if this occur; Items need to be received within 7 days for exchange to be accepted. Shipping is not refundable

For International buyers only:
Refunds will be possible after done all the steps to recover it, can be takes up to three months

Last year I had an experience with a lost international package, after doing everything possible to recover it, the package was returned to me after three months !!

International shipping: (not to Mexico or South America)
I ship first class mail international which not include tracking number or insurance if you want insurance (highly recommended) please convo me and I will send you a correct invoice mail rate included. If you leave the shipping as first class mail you will be accepting the risk for not having insurance
All international packages can not be tracked

International buyers needs to understand that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, in case this happens, both (Buyer and seller) have to work together to recover the package, calling, going to our local mail/customs to ask or in last instance WE have to file a claim at the central post office. Buyer and seller will be very frustrated when this happen, but WE need to asume the problem together
