No refunds are made for "instant download" products, due to the direct access granted to the buyer after payment.

Yes, the texts on the party package are editable with the free software Acrobat Reader, so you can customize the template by yourself and as many times you want to.

Fo invitation, yes sure! New wording is welcome within the limits of the available space and without additional fees

For instant download, an access to your files will be granted to you by Etsy immediatly after receipt of the paiement. With the link provided by Etsy you will be able to download pdf files or zip folder that contains your purchase. (This folder have to be unzipped to recover the files.)

Invitations are only sent by Etsy convo
Just heavy custom files are sent by www.wetransfer.com to your email adress. You will receive a download link in your email box and have 7 days to recover files. If you do not receive your order 24h after my message about wetransfer.com download link sent, please check your spam/trash folders.

Did you unzipped the big uploaded folders? Some previews are very performing and allow you see files but all features are not available.

Is your Acrobat Reader upgraded? (http://get.adobe.com/reader/)

For size issues, your printer automatically adjust the content size to the paper and create bleeds. You have to check "no scale" or 100% on your printer window options.

It is not Créastelle responsablity for or when:
your event has been canceled or shifted
your printables have been printed with errors after approval
you have slow internet, computer or printer issues
your printer quality or calibration, or your paper quality
your word is misspelled

Etsy will send you an email after your purchase. Follow the link provided to you to your account. To get a file, go to the link "you" in the Etsy menu bar and "puchases and reviews"
There you have the listing of all purchases you've made and a blue button at the right to download files. (desktop computer)

No because invitation need time to be customised and party package is a direct download, you can have as soon as your payment is accepted by Esty
Also invitations are separate because you can choose between styles (with or without photo), backgrounds and sizes (4x6 and 5x7).

You will receive 3 files you might need to print your invitations:
- 1 HD pdf file for printing with 2 or 3* invitations on a standard letter sheet (*depanding the size you have chosen)
- 1 single jpg HD invite for online printing
- 1 LD png for emailing a few days before party as a reminder

The Créastelle designs can't be resell as it is or by pieces, bundled with similar illustrations, or give away for free
