Order Processing or Production Times

Each product here is made on-demand so once you place an order we produce it specifically for you. Also please account for the extra time it takes for shipping with the current influx of online orders all around. To be safe I'd estimate 2-4 weeks before you receive your products. My current processing time is 3-5 business days before I ship out the hand-painted journals. The current processing time for mugs and t-shirts is about 5-10 business days before it would ship. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Exchanges and Returns Policy, etc.

Since all of the items in this shop are made-to-order, all sales are final. If there is a defect in the product please contact me within 4 days of delivery and we will correct it. Please check out the sizing charts for each product to get the correct sizing as we can not offer returns due to incorrect sizes. I would like to someday offer exchanges, but with just starting out it would be very hard for me to front those costs at this time. My ultimate goal is for everyone to be satisfied with their order. If there are any issues with your order, please message me first and we will figure out a solution. I will answer messages as soon as possible, please understand it may take 1-2 days for a response, especially on weekends.

Garment Care Instructions

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Mug Care Instructions

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. 😊
