Tracking says my order was delivered but I did not get it, what do I do?

Let me know through Etsy that you didn't get it. Then please contact your local post office to report a missing package. It is very difficult for me to do that remotely. That should initiate a search. If a package tracking says "delivered," under certain circumstance, you can contact Etsy's buyer protection. The USPS will not cover packages that have a destination scan completed, even if you don't have it. It is the postal service responsibility for delivering your package not Etsy sellers. If you suspect theft, please report to your local police department and to your local postmaster.
