I have an allergy associated with pets. Will shopping with you be an issue for me?

We work from home in a small house with two domestic shorthair cats, one lab mix, and a poodle. We do our best to check every product and reduce as much shedding as possible so that your products arrive safe and free of any additional pet dandruff. Try as we might, we can't promise that every package will be free of pet hair. It is important to us that you are aware of our fuzzy supervisors and that you are making informed decisions during your shopping experience.

What can we expect from your shop in response to COVID-19?

Contrary to popular belief, the pandemic is not over! We still take this very seriously and put great care into keeping our studio space neat and free from pet hair. Every product is packaged carefully and labeled accordingly so that the post office can safely and effectively deliver your goodies. You may still experience some postal delays related to the impact that COVID-19 has had on the postal system.

I hear you include notes with orders. The name used for my shipping address on my order is my deadname/different than the name I personally want to be called. What do I do?

We know how the postal service is and how legal names work, so considering this and how some folks aren't or can't be out, we try to avoid using names when we leave notes with orders. If there is a name you would prefer us to use in a personalized note though, you can leave that in the message box with your order. Above all else, we never intend on calling you by a name you do not want to be called by, and any names included or associated with your order are due to legal names and postal usage only.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Etsy will provide you with all of the information you need, including estimated shipping schedules, tracking, and more! If you're curious about the status of your order, you can always message us. Side note: As much as we would love to be able to ship things out at lightning speed, reality and physical limitations will only allow us to do so much. Still, we try our best to get things out to you as soon as we can! If you ever need something shipped quickly, you can message us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Custom and personalized orders

Orders will be labeled as customizable or personalized if that service is available for that item. If the item is not labeled as such, we will require an additional cost to set up any customized options for you in addition to the cost of the item itself. Unfortunately due to customs and VAT laws, we are required to send international stickers via the USPS First Class Package International rate. Stickers can however be combined with other package orders for just .10 additional shipping and handling cost per sticker.

All stickers are packaged in a sealed plastic sleeve with additional material to discourage bending. US stickers are then mailed with a standard mailing envelope and international stickers will automatically be sent in a durable bubble mailer. Stickers may also be sent in a mailing box if combined with another larger item from our shop.
