Description

This little storage locker has a vintage boat locker look to it, a worn and rustic finish much like the pier we named it after. Named the 98 locker after a pier on the Hudson river in NYC . Many a fine cruise ship has been moored on the pier but nothing more notable than when pilot " Sully Sullenberger came to rest with his jet making an emergency landing on the Hudson river.

The size is 28 w x18 h x11 deep, this can also be made to a custom size.

We really appreciate your patience while we work hard building your order. Sometimes there's unexpected delays but we work very hard to get our furniture orders out to you in a timely manner. We do our best to keep you updated during the order process. If you feel you have not been properly updated, we sincerely apologize. We are working so hard getting orders built, packaged up and shipped we don't always take the time to send out update emails but we will always respond immediately to your emails. Feel free to check up on you order any time! There's only 2 of us and we work super hard for you!

Shipping dates and turn around times are just an estimate! It is very difficult to predict an exact shipping time as we get several orders in at random times and everything is customized. We can't predict how many orders we will be getting in a certain amount of time. Please be patient, we will get your furniture order out as soon as we can. We work really hard to get orders out as fast as we can. We like to build quickly but still keep our high quality.

Shipping Damage:
If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Save the packaging and take photos of the damage. A claim will be filed on you behalf with the shipping company. Damaged materials must be picked up in the original packaging.

Additional Costs
If the carrier is unable to deliver the shipment for any reasons, your shipment will be treated as a return and rerouted back to RedGarage. You will be responsible for all fees incurred including re-consignment and additional transportation charges. 


Receiving Your Freight Shipment
: Please make sure you have help to bring your crate inside. Your LTL Freight shipment will be secured in a crate with protective packaging, to help prevent damage during transit. The shipment will arrive on a semi-truck. Be sure to inspect for damage .

Please note: When you sign the driver’s delivery receipt, you are acknowledging receipt of all products in good order. Before signing the delivery receipt, it is important that you follow the procedures outlined below:

 Clearly note any discrepancies on the driver’s Delivery Receipt before signing.
Inspect the boxes and their contents for visible damage. If any damage is suspected, OPEN the boxes carefully for further inspection.
If any damage or shortage is discovered, DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately through Etsy. You as the customer have both the right and responsibility to inspect the goods before acceptance. We will not be responsible for damage to any products that were signed for in good order.

Additional policies

One of the things that make our items so unique is the fact that we work with reclaimed materials. Please know that in using reclaimed materials there are sometimes small and sometimes large imperfections - we call it character. All of our pieces have character and we feel that is perfect. If you are concerned about splits, cracks, chipping, peeling and a well-worn looked - then sadly are pieces are not for you.
