Unique download - very useful for my own work. Why did I never think of buying clay in powder form before?

Beautifully written by Yuliya Makliuk. An important contribution to the world wide movement on sustainable ceramics. Important for every studio as a reference of how to work sustainably.

This is a great resource for beginning as well as experienced potters who are looking to make their practice more sustainable.

Somehow, Yuliya is Japanese! IDK how. We bought a pair of strikingly designed ceramic beverage cups. Ordinarily they would be 'teacups' except taller and with fitted, modern silicone travel lids! (But who'd risk dropping one of these beauties in the car? Only an idiot. We don't feel safe taking them between kitchen and desk! The colors all harmonize, even the stock-market-crash jaggy line circling the cup. A similar line circles the inside so you can extra enjoy your drink as you sip! Yuliya is highly generous with her shipping, besides all four of the items we ordered arriving safely. Each was extra-wrapped in a small, Japanese-style 'furoshiki' (cotton print wrapping hanky), and perhaps because I made my support of her homeland obvious, she enclosed a leaflike ceramic lapel pin with the national colors. Slava Ukraini!
