Specifically for teachers and home schoolers: eggs, lesson plan pamphlet and identification card included with this purchase will help educate--while yet entertaining--your students.

This dozen includes 12 individually different eggs similar to those shown....From largest egg in basket rotating right. Your eggs MAY include one of each the following (due to demand or breeding season, some eggs may not be availabe and swapped out with another similar. Please let me know if there is a certain egg you cannot do without!)

Goose, Blue Rouen, Royal Palm or Narragansett Turkey, Pekin Duck (large, white), White to Brown Chicken egg , Khaki Campbell duck (small), Easter Egger, Guinea Hen, Silkie Chicken or Banty Chicken, Ringneck Pheasant, Coturnix Quail, Bob White Quail.

A pamphlet is included with informational material that can be utilized for a lesson plan. 11 different birds are featured along with pictures and facts that can be tailored to interest students from 2nd to 7th grade. The birds featured in the pamphlet will coincide with the eggs you receive; see photo 5 for a sneak peek at the outside of the pamphlet.

Also included is a delightful illustration of eggs from common domestic and game birds. An original, copyrighted photograph of actual eggs in my collection reminiscent of the Natural History collections from the turn of the century. Artfully arranged with birds nests, grasses, flowers and feathers, this is really an educational guide for anyone who would like to know more about domestic and game eggs.
On the front the eggs are labeled with simple, generic tags. On the back, a more detailed, numbered guide to specific species is fascinating. This is shown in photo 4.

************************This is just a guide. For specific identification, choose the variation "Please tag to Breed" at checkout and your eggs will be definitively identified!***********************
Eggs from the wild are never collected .

The eggs have been cleaned as I would clean them for myself...NO SCRUBBIES, NO HARSH DETERGENTS, NO CHEMICALS. I use baking soda outside and vinegar inside as a sanitizer.
Then a rinse in hot water. That's it.

The hole will be no larger than 1/4".

If you would like a different combination of eggs, let me know. The price may differ dependant upon the eggs chosen.

If you need more than one lot, please contact me and I will see if I can accomodate. :)
