What is a digital download?

Digital downloads are digital files (e.g., JPEGs, PDFs, or PNGs) that you can download and print yourself, or use printing services like Mpix, Walgreens, local print shops in your area, or what suits you better. Normally after payment is confirmed you will have access to your files instantly and can keep them forever!

Where is my Digital download?

If you have an Etsy account and purchased a digital download, you will find your purchased files located at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you used the Guest Checkout feature on Etsy, you will find your digital download link within the emailed receipt that was automatically sent to you after your purchase. Please let me know if you this doesn't work for you. I'm happy to email you the files if needed.

Which type of paper do you suggest for printing?

I personally lean towards matte or semi-matte photo paper for most of my artistic works, but glossy versions can also produce excellent results. Ultimately, the choice comes down to your preference. However, I would advise against compromising on the quality of the paper and investing in a good one for best results.

At the moment, I do not accept returns or exchanges since our products are made to order.
