This Limited Edition off shoulder crop top is made with a beautifully light organic cotton with delicate mini stripes. It features a very full ruffle flounce that measures about 10.5 inches and is meant to just cover the bust. The inside is a gathered bandeau with comfy covered elastic and measures about 8.5 inches tall. The supplier listed this fabric as black stripe but to be honest every time I look at it I feel like it is a dark blue.Looks super cute with shorts or jeans, or dress it up with a long skirt. I cannot get any more of this fabric and only have enough for a few tops!
