Your happiness is our goal! Please contact us if you're not satisfied with your order! No exchanges/returns on personalized or customized items or wallpaper. We'll exchange a non-personalized item (not including wallpaper) with a different print, minus shipping costs & 20% restocking fee. You must contact us & send your items back within 3 days of delivery. Items must not be used & must be returned in the original condition or they'll be returned to you at your expense. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Rush & shipping charges are non refundable. We'll process your exchange once we receive the original item.

Packages Returned To Us

Free shipping is sent via economy ground mail, which does not include return shipping. Therefore, if your package is returned to us, we must pay to get it from USPS. This is typically between $7-$12. If your package is returned and you want it re-shipped, you'll be responsible for those charges, plus the new postage. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!!

BUSINESS HOURS: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm: We do not typically answer any convos outside of this time frame. Size and Color Variation: While we do our best to have our photos show the true color of our items, there may be slight variations in color. Each monitor/phone shows colors differently. WE DO NOT GAURANTEE COLOR MATCHING. Our items are hand sewn so there may be up to 2" size difference to the stated dimensions. Pet mats: Use caution to not let water get trapped between the floor and the mat. Ensure the floor is dry regularly. If water spills over the edge of the mat and seeps underneath, this can cause damage to certain flooring, such as wood.

Most orders go to production automatically, immediately. We are not usually able to make changes or cancellations after you have placed your order. Please double check spelling, sizes, font, colors, etc before checking out. We LOVE custom requests! We always enjoy making new designs and would love to make your idea come to life. WALLPAPER: To offer you much more affordable pricing, our wallpaper ships from Latvia. This wallpaper is high quality with vibrant colors! Our wallpaper comes in 24"W panels. Choose your height and order the correct number of panels to get your needed width. Custom sizes are available. Need help figuring out what size to order? Send us a message! Please be careful not to stretch the wallpaper during application. We cannot guarantee adhesion on problem surfaces. Refunds will not be permitted for installation error or improper surfaces.
