- The designs are engraved on high quality wood which guarantees that the design will not rub off and will remain on the wood forever.
- We do not use any other material so it is 100% natural wood, with no added waxes.
- The edges are laser engraved. We polish and sand them afterwards, but please note that it is not a toy so we recommend that babies do not put the product in their mouths.
- We use high quality birch wood, so each piece is different and unique from each other.

About shipping policies:
- Once the shipment is processed, the tracking number is sent through Etsy. You can track it from the Etsy application itself. If you are in Spain, you can also track from the Correos app or website.
- Orders not served at the buyer's address or not picked up from the reference pickup point within 14 calendar days thereafter, will be returned to origin. To send it again, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
