Sometimes things get lost in the post but I don't want you to miss out! Please get in touch with me and I'll be happy to sort you out with replacement badges if yours go astray.

I'm always happy to do new flags as a one-off custom order or add them to the shop. I reserve the right to refuse orders of harmful flags that go against my personal beliefs, but 99% of the time I will happily make any requests that come in. You deserve to celebrate your identity!

If someone identifies that way, it's valid and I will respect that. I will not be removing anything from my shop due to trolling from people with nothing better to do than police others' identities.

I try to keep up with issues as much as I can, but sometimes things slip through the net so let me know if there is a major issue with a flag that isn't mentioned in its listing text. I am aware I have certain flags in my shop that some people find problematic but I do not police the way other people choose to identify, so while there may be a disclaimer on the listing, I will not be taking any badges down from the shop. If there are more inclusive redesigns of flags I have available, please let me know and I'll do my best to be as inclusive as I can :)

No problem! Just pop a note on your order asking for discreet packaging and your order will be sent in the most boring envelope I have available with no rainbows on the outside.

Equally no problem, just pop a note in your order letting me know you need super discreet packaging inside and out and your order will not only come in a very boring envelope but there will be no rainbows inside the envelope either and no packaging slip mentioning pride flags at all, just a little thank you note from me and the badge itself.
