I have nothing but the nicest things to say about this Etsy Shop Owner. When I initally saw the etching that I wanted done for my husband's retirement, I messaged Mike and he responded immediately. We messaged back and forth over ideas. The only issue that I was having was getting my husbands police badge in a good image. Mike re-created the badge from scratch and it looked exactly like my husbands badge. The plaque was beautiful in person, so many people gave compliments on it. My husband loves it.
