Customer service is terrible. On the listing for the cowhide rug it says “Message us after buying to pick the cowhide you want” I messaged immediately after ordering. No response for 4 days. Finally got a response saying the package was packed up and shipping out on the following Monday. Never got to it pick out. And when I received it, the package came from Pakistan not Birmingham. The product was I. Good condition though and came pretty quick considering it came from Pakistan😂
