How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Our processing time is typically 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders within the US usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that "pre-transit" means that the package has been prepared for shipment but hasn't yet been scanned by the carrier. It does not mean that we have not given the shipment to the carrier. It may take a few days for the tracking information to update beyond the pre-transit stage. In rare circumstances, the carrier never scans the item or doesn't scan it until it's been delivered so the tracking information never updates or only updates at the end. This is out of our control, but rest assured that we are monitoring the delivery of items and will reach out if necessary.

To ensure the longevity of your printed and embroidered items, we recommend washing them inside out with similar colors in cold water on the delicate cycle and hanging them to air dry or tumble-drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents that may damage the print quality.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We offer custom and personalized designs. Feel free to reach out to us with your specific requests, and we'll be happy to discuss the details and create a unique design just for you.

Can I request a different color/size for a design?

Absolutely! If you would like a different color or size for a particular design, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are currently unable to offer expedited shipping, so please plan accordingly. Note that delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations, we cannot make delivery date guarantees.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can provide gift messages for most items. Please put this message under the gift messaging section, not the note to seller section, as that is just a note that will be sent to us when you place the order. We are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time.

Shirts are printed with specialty Direct to Garment printing method which is a super durable method of printing ink directly onto garments through a printer designed only for this process. DTG garments do not crack or peel, as the ink absorbs into the fabric creating a long-lasting garment that washes and wears beautifully. PLEASE NOTE: Item listing photos are digital mockups, therefore minor variations in colors, vibrancy, contrast, etc. may occur in printing. We strive to get prints as accurate and close to the digital photos as possible but prints and colors may be a bit more muted in print.

**Shirts are true-to-size retail UNISEX fit. To be sure of your size, please refer to our size chart from the manufacturer in the listing photos.**

NO ACCESSORIES ARE SOLD WITH THE ITEMS IN THE LISTING. ANY ACCESSORIES ARE JUST FOR MOCKUP PURPOSES. FOR EXAMPLE, NO SHOES, SHORTS, PANTS, PAJAMAS, HEADBANDS, ETC. ARE PART OF THE LISTING.
