Use the Goal and Reward section to set up incentives for completion. You provide the name and title for the chart. This shop was great! I reached out with a few questions and she responded quickly. This is actually my second chart. The first was a Star Chart and we love it as a focus for my son who is on the high functioning autism spectrum. This next chart was tailored to say “Challenges!” She was also able to include a magnet! Overall, great quality chart, easy to use and easy to wipe clean. My 6 year old son and I both like the charts and have had fewer struggles. I’m not nagging and he’s feeling proud that he has done things of his own volition.

These are exactly what we were looking for! We were able to choose the color and personalize with our daughters’ names. They came with a sturdy magnet and fit perfectly our fridge. Great seller!
