Description

This set of two pillow cases makes an ideal wedding gift.

Designed and printed in my Melbourne studio; This design has been printed onto a thick luxurious 100% cotton. The size is: 48x73cm standard.


You will receive one BRIDE & one GROOM pillow case only! They will be lovingly wrapped up in tissue paper and posted to you in a secure postage bag.
Australian domestic orders will be sent by Aus Post tracked service.
International orders will be sent regular Air Mail.

If you would like to purchase more than one set please email me.
Please remember colour may vary slightly from screen to print as every monitor is different.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will either replace your item(s) or give you a full refund depending on the circumstance. See details below.

Insurance is recommended against possible damage. Please contact me before or after the sale to let me know you want it.

*DAMAGED ITEM*
If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately. Damaged items can be exchanged by providing a photograph of the damage within five days of arrival by email. I will be happy to pop you a new replacement item in return at no additional charges once this is completed.

** RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS **
All exchanges or returns must be be made within five days of receiving your item and shipped back undamaged and with ALL original packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying return/exchange shipment costs and for the shipment of any new items. Please message me before returning your item! Return arrangements made more than 5 days after arrival are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders are not available for exchanges or refunds.

Shipping Time - specific to your location

*Domestic Postage*
All card orders are shipped by AusPost Standard Large Letter Service (to keep postage costs down for my lovely customers).
All textile orders are posted via AusPost Tracked Postal Service. I will supply you with a tracking number upon shipping the item.

*Express Delivery*
Express delivery is available, please contact me as soon as possible for a quote - I can then set up a custom order with this shipping option. Extra postage/charges will apply.

*International Postages*
All international orders are listed with regular Airmail service. This takes 3-10 working business days.
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I am not able to calculate how much these fees would be, it depends how mean your Customs people are!

*Packaging*
All items are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and packaged carefully in either a rigid handmade envelope (cards and prints) or a biodegradable postage bag (textiles) for safe shipping.
