This is our dollhouse version of the iconic Munster House on 1313 Mockingbird Lane. The pictures are from the last project we had sold and this listing is for another made-to-order one. The house is from Moebius which is a detailed plastic HO scale model of the Munster House. The challenge for us was how to convert this HO house meant for exterior model display into a dollhouse. We eventually did this by making the the left roof and side wall as well as the right wall removable. We placed wood flooring on the ground floor and added a combined carpeted/wood second floor connected by a staircase. We did premium wall paper throughout the interior.

The interior varies with the different projects. The one pictured had a full kitchen and dining area on the bottom left, a master bedroom and a second bedroom separated by a bathroom on the second floor. There is an attic on this side of the house. There is a fountain inside the tower and a video arcade on the right bottom floor! An office and piano area on the top of this completes the look.

The roof is lined with premium Bar Mills laser cut shingles for a realistic effect. The exterior is painted and treated to look weathered. The tower area was lined with textured imported rock wall paper.

The surrounding property is extensively landscaped. We added a door on the back and side of the house that opens to patio at the back and a koi pond at the side. Weathered fencing and an elaborate weathered gate surrounds part of the property and patio. It has a driveway lined with realistic-looking textured stone paper. The grounds are lined with grass tufts and landscaped with shrubs and trees. A 3-car garage with see-through doors with cars inside is nestled on the left side.

The house and garage are electrified. The property is 12 in x 15 in and the house and stand is up to 8 inches tall.

This comes with a miniature car of our choice (not necessarily the one pictured). The Munster wagon pictured is NOT included.

This is wonderful !!! Arrived in a specially made box to securely hold the base down, so it did not move. That means so much, if it wasn't it would have been a mess !! So very pleased to see the seller took that much care. The display is Awesome! when t is lit at night it looks wonderful, the workmanship is excellent, nothing was left out.
