Why haven't you shipped my item yet!

All orders are made to order, so please keep in mind that shipping times are separate from processing times. Even if shipping is suppose to only take 1-3 days, I still have to make the order before it can be shipped out. This is reflected in the "processing time" when placing the order. Due to postal delays caused by COVID-19, your order may be stuck at the post office for longer than expected. I can assure you that if I could go down to the post office and load your order onto the truck myself, I would. We're all in this mess together, bear with me.

Most clothing items have a size guide in the description or as one of the images. Due to the nature of fabric expanding and shrinking due to countless potential externalities such as temperature, stretching, and shrinking in washing - the measurements on the size guide should be presumed to have around 2 inches in variation in either direction.

Help! I made an order with both shirts and stickers, but when I opened my package, only shirts/stickers were inside!

Don't worry, stickers are always shipped separately because whenever they're shipped together, there's like a 50% chance of them arriving bent.

Can you make a custom design for me? / Modify one of your other designs for me?

If you select the "express" or "overnight" option in shipping, it will make your order reach you as fast as possible. Keep in mind, no matter how fast I get your order together, I can't control the speed of the post office and I'm not liable for the postal delays.

I'm afraid my order got lost in the mail!

It's very important that you message me as soon as possible! For the best chance of success of recovering your package, please contact me with 2 weeks of estimated delivery date. After 2 weeks, it becomes much more difficult for me to recover your order! Regardless, I'll talk to the post office and see what I can do.

Are your designs AI-generated or do you use AI for your art process?

I've been an artist for over a decade, and many of my listings here are older than AI image generation! I definitely would never even consider using AI for art, because, well, the 'making art' part of my job is the part that I enjoy the most. Everything else is largely just work that I tolerate doing so that I have an excuse to make art all day as my job. Besides the ethical/environmental/etc concerns about people using AI, I find it to be, let's say "spiritually unhealthy" for lack of a better term, for anyone to 'automate away' the creative human spirit so that they can spend more time doing boring spreadsheets or whatever.
