Personalization is made with waterproof, weather-resistant vinyl that will last up to 5 years with appropriate care. We recommend gently hand-washing your drink ware to ensure your personalization lasts!

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

Damaged item? Although we carefully package your purchase, shipping is sometimes rough! Please send us a message within three days after receiving and we will get you a replacement item at no additional cost to you. All we need in return is a picture of the damaged item and box for insurance purposes. Error Everyone makes mistakes (although we try to avoid this!!) If we made a mistake on your order, please send us a message and a photo and we will have a replacement item or decal sent to you within one business day at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING and SHIPPING COST

I CANNOT guarantee any specific delivery date. I can tell you when I will have your order shipped, but once USPS has your order I have no control on when they deliver it. If you are in a time crunch, you may want to consider shipping Priority Express. Once you add all your items to the cart, USPS will automatically determine cost of shipping based on the following: Weight of box, size of box, and distance traveling.

Please know that the colors represented in the photos are as accurate as possible, but numerous factors can alter the appearance. The cup photos and vinyl color chart is a graphic sample of the colors we have to offer. It is as close to the real colors as possible but may not be exact. We cannot guarantee an exact color match from the color chart and photos as computer monitor settings may vary.

As much as we would love to offer bulk discounts, sadly we cannot for a few reasons... - We have tried to price our items competitively on Etsy. - Because we have done this, and most of our items don't include bulk price breaks, we are unable to pass along a discount to our customers. - Finally, all of our items are personalized by hand, so there is no less work in one item vs. 30. We really wish that we could offer a bulk discount, but think that you will be pleased with our products, customer service and turnaround time!

ORDERING DIFFERENT CUP COLORS

Just simply add the first tumbler color to your cart and then go back to the listing and add the next! This helps us maintain an accurate inventory.

PERSONALIZATION DETAILS

You can leave all of your details in the personalization box or the notes to seller section in your cart before you checkout. For font options and color choices, simply scroll through the listing photos. And, don't worry, if we have questions, we will ask!!

Yes, we are able to change your address after your order has been placed, but because we deal with numerous orders at any given time, it is very difficult for us to keep up with and can sometimes skew the cost of shipping. Thusly, we will have to cancel your order and you will have to to submit a new order with the corrected address. Please know that we cannot be responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Etsy account.

Current production times can be found in the shop announcement at the storefront of our page as well as in the listing details. All production times are based on you providing all the details needed to complete your order. An Etsy Conversation and direct email will be sent should we need additional info; if we do not here back from you, your order will be set to hold for one business week. After that week, we will have to cancel the order if we have not received a response from you.

Our Skinny Tumbler is an 16 oz double wall insulated acrlyic tumbler. Made with high grade BPA free acrylic plastic, this tumbler is the ideal cup for everyday use. Our new, redesigned plastic lid accommodate straw usage as well as easy sipping. An inner seal ring completes the secure, push on lid to minimize accidental leakage. Double walled body provides a condensation free touch and paired with a matching reusable, durable polypropylene (PP) straw with a ring stopper. The new soft touch rubber matte finish (feels like butter!) comes with a matching color plastic lid & straw.
