ShayKaysShop may/may not try to work with Post Office on behalf of the Buyer. Sometimes, as the Order is not in ShayKaysShop possession the Post Offices may/may not work with us. If ShayKaysShop can help you, we will complete the Proper Paperwork required by the US Postal Service to have the US Postal Service look for the package.

ShayKaysShop Will CANCEL the Order Instead & send an Etsy Message to the Buyer. After the incorrect address has been changed out to the Correct Address, a Buyer may Re-Order at that time.

If an Order has already shipped (going to the incorrect address) then the Order/Package is no longer in my possession, there is not anything I can do to get the Order to the Proper Address. ShayKaysShop can help advise you on what to do at your Local Post Office, but I cannot do this for you.


***ETSY ORDERS RETURNED TO SELLER INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS***
Should ShayKaysShop receive a Returned Order for Incorrect/ Insufficient Address, ShayKaysShop will Refund the Order Minus the Original Shipping Paid & Buyer will be notified thru Etsy Message. After the incorrect address has been changed out to the Correct Address, a Buyer may Re-Order at that time.

ShayKaysShop will create a "Private Listing" for you and send you an Etsy Message with the Link for the "Returned Order". Buyer has 3 Business Days to Purchase the "Returned Order" again, using the correct address. If No Response or No Purchase in the 3 Business Days, the "Returned Order" Private Listing will be Cancelled and will be restocked for Sale to the Public.


***ETSY ORDERS APPROVED TO BE RETURNED TO SELLER***
Returned Orders Must Be APPROVED by ShayKaysShop First.

ShayKaysShop will NOT issue a Refund Minus the Original Shipping Paid Until the Returned Order is received at ShayKaysShop.

For the Approved Returned Order, the Buyer is Responsible for the Return Shipping Costs, to mail the Return Order back to ShayKaysShop. The Order must be returned to Seller in the Original Condition & Original Manner Order was packaged when received (if received in a box then Order must be returned in a box).

If the item is not Returned in its Original Condition, the Buyer is Responsible for Any Loss in Value. Therefore No Refund will be issued.

Buyer first needs to submit a request thru Etsy Message to Seller for "Return Order" with a detailed explanation as to why to.

The Return Order Request will be reviewed. If the Return Order Request is denied, ShayKaysShop will send a Response thru Etsy Message to the Buyer with an explanation.

If the Return Order Request is Approved, ShayKaysShop will send a Response thru Etsy Message to the Buyer with the Return Order Conditions as outlined below. If the Buyer Agrees with the "Return Order Conditions" (Listed Below), an Etsy Message will be sent thru Etsy Message with the Return Order mailing address.

The "Return Order Conditions" are Non-Negotiable. The Buyer must Respond thru Etsy Message that they either Agree or Disagree with the Return Order Conditions within 24 Hours.

The Return Order being sent by the Buyer Must include a Tracking Number to be obtained from their Local Post Office when "Return Order" shipping label is purchased.

A Copy of this Tracking Number MUST be Submitted thru Etsy Message to ShayKaysShop.

***AI/AI TOOLS***
ShayKaysShop hardly uses any AI, AI Tools, Gemini or Copilot in the creation of photos for Etsy Listings Pictures. Etsy AI, Etsy AI Tools do not work well for the product I sell.

Canva:
ShayKaysShop uses in Canva manually, the Auto “Remove Background” button is used to edit images automatically. Canva automatic layout suggestions or Canva AI or Canva AI Tools are not used. ShayKaysShop uses classic Canva editor tools manually, original photos are manually uploaded, drag & drop elements are manually used, text editing is manually used, adjust color & fonts are manually used, manually use resize photos using the Resize Tool (not Magic Resize) & manually move, resize, align & reposition any layout adjustments need.

Etsy:
ShayKaysShop manually uploads Photos to Etys Listing Pics, manually creates Etsy Listing Information Details. ShayKaysShop uses Etsy’s Photo Editing (manually adjusting Brightness, Exposure, Contrast, Highlights & Temp) if needed. Etsy AI or Etsy AI Tools not used.

Iphone 14
All photos are taken using my current iphone14, upload Phots to Dropbox due to large amount. I do no use iphone to edit.
