When I finally go a tracking number it didn't work and I panicked. I'm happy with the product but be ready to wait and the tracking on Etsy won't be accurate. You'll have to get that from the seller..

I asked for a refund before the guy even shipped my order . He refused to give it back and just kept sending me pictures of more bags . He tried sending me a bag that looked nothing like the picture I ordered. I get it cowhide isn’t always the same but the bag was completely different not even the same color . He took a long time to respond. After I had to choose a bag since he wasn’t refunding me it took him a while to even ship that . It was a week total of arguing before I just gave up and then shipped a bag 3 days later . I wasn’t even able to track it . Don’t recommend. I do recommend cowhide wholesale in Dallas ! They were amazing and had my bag the next day!
