Can I send you picture to match my nursery?

Absolutely! Place you order and then send us pictures with reference to the order number and we will help when you receive your mock up.

Will I receive a proof?

Proofs are available BY REQUEST ONLY. You must request a proof in your order notes. Our turnaround times are quick so we can get the products to you as soon as possible! Requesting of a proof will delay your turnaround time, but we are happy to provide them if requested

Can I cancel my order?

We allow a 12-hour cancellation window for our customers. Once we begin production on your custom sign, we can no longer offer cancellations as each sign is personalized

Letters are 1/8" thick with painted tops and black sides and on a base of 1/2" premium grade birch wood
Each sign comes with a commercial grade sawtooth hanger UNATTACHED.
The back of these signs are unfinished. If you would like the back finished please contact us and we can send you a custom listing.

|SIZING|
Sizes range from 18”-36” WIDE (from left to right of the first name). The height may vary depending on the amount of letters in the name. If you need specific measurements on the height of the name please contact us first. Please refer to our size charts in the listing pictures for more details!

|HOW TO ORDER|
Select the size you would like from the drop down menu. This size is based on the width of the entire sign from left to right.
The middle name will be designed proportionately smaller for a stacked look.
In the personalization section:
-Choose your stain from the drop down
-Choose your first name font from the drop down
-Choose your second name font (if applicable) from the drop down
- Type the name exactly as you want it, capitalization too (example: AVA, Ava, ava) along with colors in the text box. Please DOUBLE CHECK your spelling

If your product was damaged in shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of the item's delivery with photos of the product and packaging. The packaging MUST be retained for potential inspection by the shipping carrier.
