Shop Made to Order (MTO) Items Policy

Made to Order items Return, Exchange, Order Cancellation and Refund Policies: Refunds: We do not offer refunds on Made to Order items as these items are specifically created on individual order basis. Order Cancellation: Once an Made to Order Item order is placed, customers will have 2 hours from the time of the order placement to cancel a Made to order item order. Once that 2 hours window is past, we will start processing the order and will not be able to cancel an order at that time. All sales will be final at this time. Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns and exchanges on Made to Order Items. All sales will be final at this time, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We gladly accept returns only if there is any defect with the item. Contact us within same day of delivery and ship items back within 24 hours of delivery in their original packaging and box.
