The “decorator-style” rectangular opening is the industry-standard size shared by the most common electrical upgrades in US homes — GFCI outlets, AFCI outlets, USB-A and USB-C outlet chargers, smart switches (Leviton, Lutron Caseta, Kasa, etc.), rocker switches, and dimmer switches. If it has a rectangular face, this plate covers it.

If you do not see your exact layout, please send me a message – I can create custom cutouts to match your configuration. I also offer as non-custom options, 5 and 6 toggle switch, or rocker/decora options as well.

Wood is a natural material, so grain and color can vary slightly from the photos, giving each piece its own unique character.

📏 Size and fit
● Flat profile (see photos) — these plates do not have a raised or recessed border like standard plastic covers. If your electrical box or switch sits proud of the wall, add backing plates → https://mkr.ms/backingplates Backing plates are also available in this listing as well.
● Plate height: approximately 4 1/2 inches
● Thickness: approximately 1/8 inch
● Designed to fit standard US electrical boxes and hardware

🛒 How to order
1️⃣ In the “Flavor” menu, select your layout (Single, Double, Triple, Quad, etc., plus switch/rocker/outlet/dimmer/blank) or backing plate(s).
2️⃣ In the “Wood Type” menu, choose your wood species.
3️⃣ Choose your quantity.
4️⃣ Expand Personalization
↪ Select wood grain direction (vertical by default)
↪ Select screw color (antique brass by default - note, all screws are 1/2" in length, except for antique copper and antique silver, which are 3/4")
↪ Select corner style (rounded by default)

🪛 Installation and care
Plates install just like any regular light switch or outlet cover and use your existing screws (screws also come with your order, so please specify color when ordering). Once installed - for care, simply dust or wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid harsh cleaners or soaking the wood.
