Any questions regarding shipping after I ship the item should be directed to your local post office. If tracking says delivered but you do not find your item I suggest you ask neighbors if it was delivered to them and then follow up with your local Post Office as to where it was left. I am not resonsible for packages that may have been stolen. Once it has left my hands I have no control over it.

Sizes XLarge and XXLarge are considered custom orders but those are only custom made as orders there fore no returns on those sizes. Please measure and refer to chart or leave measurements for me to ensure best fit.
