Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I loved the band that I received, however I felt like the pictures were misleading and the diamonds looked bigger in pictures than in person. When I spoke with them about what my options were to improve the size of my diamonds they were very unhelpful. I have a limited time frame where my wedding is in two weeks. I understand that you can't make a ring in that little time, I just expected to be given a better direction of what my options were. I will be keeping my ring due to the fact I need a band for my wedding, and if I do choose to alter anything it will be done through someone else. Again the craftsmanship is great and it's a beautiful ring, I just expected better customer service.
