HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY MUG? Simply enter the name, age, year or wording you would like in the personalisation box when ordering. I’ll print your personalisation exactly as you enter it, so please double-check the spelling and any dates before completing your order. WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS INCLUDE? Most of my designs are available as: • Mug only • Mug and matching coaster • Coaster only Please choose your preferred option from the drop-down menu before ordering. Just a little reminder: if you select “Coaster Only”, your order will contain one coaster and will not include a mug.

WHAT SIZE IS THE MUG? My mugs are standard 11oz ceramic mugs, measuring approximately 10cm high and 8cm in diameter. They are a lovely everyday size for tea, coffee or hot chocolate. WHAT SIZE IS THE COASTER? The matching coaster measures approximately 9.5cm × 9.5cm and is designed to complement your personalised mug. CAN I CHANGE THE WORDING? Small wording changes are often possible. Please send me an Etsy message before ordering and let me know what you have in mind. I’ll be happy to help if I can, although completely new or heavily customised designs may not always be possible.

WILL I RECEIVE A PREVIEW BEFORE MY ORDER IS MADE? I don’t normally send a preview unless this is mentioned in the listing or arranged before you order. Your item will be created using the personalisation you provide at checkout. If anything appears to be missing or unclear, I’ll send you an Etsy message before making it. Please keep an eye on your messages, as waiting for a reply may delay your order. HOW IS THE DESIGN ADDED TO THE MUG? Each design is permanently heat-pressed into the mug’s glossy coating. It isn’t a sticker or vinyl decal, so there are no raised edges to peel away. Every mug is individually made, so very small differences may occasionally occur. These are part of the handmade process and make each order unique.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MUG AND COASTER? The mugs are both dishwasher & microwave safe. Howvevr, to help keep your mug looking its best, I recommend washing it by hand with a soft sponge and avoiding harsh or abrasive cleaners. The coaster should be wiped clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Please don’t place the coaster in a dishwasher or microwave. WILL THE COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PHOTOGRAPHS? I do my best to show every design as accurately as possible. However, colours can look slightly different depending on your phone, tablet or computer screen. There may also be small variations when the design is transferred onto the finished product.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT? As every item is personalised and made especially for you, I need a little time to create it before posting. You’ll find the latest estimated dispatch and delivery dates on the individual listing and during checkout. If you need your gift for a particular date, please message me before ordering. I’ll always give you an honest answer about whether I believe it can arrive in time, although postal delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONALISATION OR ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING? Please message me as soon as possible. If I haven’t started making your order, I’ll do my best to make the change. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible. Please also check that your delivery addres

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN A PERSONALISED ORDER? Because personalised items are made especially for you, they can’t normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled once I’ve started making them. However contact me asap via Etsy message Of course, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact me and I’ll make it right. Your statutory rights are not affected. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT? I take great care when making and packing every order, but if something isn’t right, please send me an Etsy message as soon as possible. It would be really helpful if you could include clear photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label. Please keep everything until I’ve had a chance to help.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED? Please check the estimated delivery dates shown on your Etsy order first. The postal service can occasionally experience delays, particularly during busy periods. If the estimated delivery window has passed, send me a message and I’ll look into it for you. CAN I SEND THE GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT? Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address when you check out. If a gift-message option is available, you can also add a short message for the recipient. Please enter the wording intended for the mug separately in the personalisation box.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

The best way to contact me is through Etsy Messages. This keeps everything connected to your order and helps me respond more quickly. I’m always happy to answer questions, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
