Highlights
This is a very fast growing plant that attracts lots of butterflies and bees! It’s a perineal so it will come back every year. Grows 4-5 feet tall with lots of blooms. Very easy to grow! Hardy as well!
** some call this Joe pye weed but I find it to be ironweed for sure
You will receive 3 live rhizomes. Roots will be wrapped in a wet paper towel for transportation and mailed in a 11x6 bubble mailer. Be sure to give them attention immediately once they arrive. Plant each rhizome about 3-4 inches in the ground. Keep from letting it completely dry out for the first 30 days at least. YOU MAY NOT SEE GROWTH THIS SEASON. If it’s later in the year keep the rhizomes watered and you will see them sprout the next year!
