A secret compartment to hold your treasures. The brass acorn is a bit bigger then a real acorn and screws off to reveal a secret spot. The necklace comes on a gold plated chain and closes with a slightly oversized (9mm) lobster clasp for security.
The one modeled is 28 inches. I think it looks best longer because it doesn't lay flat and the acorn isn't lightweight (it's not super heavy but on a short (18 inch isn) chain might feel that way so I don't offer that), but feel free to choose your length of choice in the drop down menu.
