How do I download my purchase?

How do I unzip the files?

To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. To unzip a folder on a MAC or other device, follow the instructions in Google or any other search engine. NOTE! It's free! You don't need to buy or download anything to unzip the folder!

My program does not open your files at the correct size. Help!

Cricut has had many updates, so the templates may not take the correct dimensions. To solve this problem you need to manually put in the measurements (which are included in the package). Also Cricut has a maximum "print and cut" size of 6.78'' x 9.28''. To print a larger size, use the YouTube Video or any other instructions on the net.
