Whimsy Elegance - wedding save the dates are a whimsy and fun save the date for the vintage-modern wedding. Pretty pinks and grays are paired with an ivory envelope! Personalize these unique save the date cards with your own wording and envelope color during the ordering/email proof process.

Every Beacon Lane design is carefully perfected, but we understand the importance of making each wedding paper good order uniquely yours. Because of this, all of Beacon Lane's designs can be customized to suit your big day. Complimentary changes to the wording, fonts, ink colors, and envelopes.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A DEPOSIT?
1) We will email you an order form: This order form will collect all of the information that we need to get started.
2) Please fill out and return: At this time we can discuss customizations and order your materials.
3) Digital/emailed proof process: Up to 3 emailed proofs are included with your order. All wording changes and digital design personalization will be done during this time.
4) Confirm the final proof for printing: Please have family and friends proofread before giving us final approval.
5) Final payment: An invoice will be sent and payment is due before we start printing.
6) Production: Sit back and relax! Your work is all done.
7) Shipping: A tracking number will be sent via an Etsy message as soon as your order ships. All packages are mailed to the address noted on the order form.

These invitations are so gorgeous...the pictures do not do them justice! Super fast response time from when I placed the order, the proofs and rounds of review, and shipping! Cannot wait to plan another event so I can order from Beacon Lane again!!

It's a team effort! Yes, that's right. In a hurry? Please respond to our emails on a daily basis. We work best with confirmed and finalized information so if you need more time to gather details - just let us know.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush order timelines are 10 business days, with a guaranteed completion date. If chosen, the price per each is increased by 25%. A completion date is guaranteed within 10 business days of order placement.

PRODUCTION TIMES
Reminder: once your final proof is confirmed for printing and the final payment is made please allow up to 7 business days for us to print, produce and assemble your order unless otherwise noted.

PAYMENT
The final balance of your completed stationery order is due before we print and ship. We will send you an invoice after print confirmation of your third and final digital/emailed proof.

PROOF PROCESS
Three digital proofs are included with your $100 deposit purchase. During this time customizations will be made and finalized prior to confirmation for printing. Any major changes after the 3rd proof are done on case-by-case basis and may result in a fee.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Beacon Lane is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof has been approved. We suggest having family and friends proofread the final version for spelling and grammar. Once the final proof is approved and your invoice has been paid, all order details like wording, materials, and quantities are considered approved.

REPRINT FEES
Reprint fees do apply if additional paper goods are needed. We suggest ordering at least 5 to 15 extra wedding invites during your initial order. The reprint fee is $50.00 for invites and $25.00 for envelope printing.

REFUNDS
If you’ve purchased a deposit and can no longer move forward with us, a refund may be granted within 10 days as long digital proofs have not been started.

SAMPLES
Domestic residents | USPS First Class Mail | 3 to 5 days in transit. International residents | USPS First Class Mail | 10 to 15 days in transit. Samples ship out within 1 business day of ordering. We will send a shipping notification via an Etsy message at time of shipment.

COMPLETED ORDERS
Domestic residents | UPS Ground | 1 to 4 days in transit. International residents | UPS Worldwide Expedited | 2 to 10 days in transit depending on country.

SHIPPING QUOTE
Contact us for a specific shipping quote for your complete order. Shipping costs depend on where you live, quantities and materials used for your invites. Etsy listed shipping costs are estimated. Exact rates are based on your purchase weight/size/destination.

SIGNATURE DUE AT DELIVERY
All orders are carefully checked and packaged prior to mailing and include insurance. We will send a shipping notification via an Etsy message and tracking number at the time of shipment. Please note a signature is due at delivery for all completed orders.

Mailing your invites with the U.S. Postal Service

Beacon Lane is not responsible for invites once in the hands of the U.S. or International postal services. All Beacon Lane envelopes, invites, materials and font styles have been approved by our local post office. We highly suggest that you order extra invites to account for lost, damaged or returned.

Hand Canceling with the U.S. Postal Service
The U.S. Postal Service have machines that print bar codes on the envelopes, but hand-canceling (just marking each stamp – by a postal worker) keeps invitations neat and prevents damage that machines can cause. Talk to someone at your local post office or someone helpful at a post office and inquire about hand canceling.

TAX
International Clients
Your country may charge a tax and/or duty on international packages that you will be responsible for. We encourage you to consult your country’s tax/duty policies before placing an order. You can estimate your import duties and taxes using http://www.dutycalculator.com/.

A few things of note…
AUSTRALIA – Shipments to the same address under 1,000 AUD are duty/tax free
CANADA –You must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. Note: People in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador or Nova Scotia pay 13%.
EUROPEAN UNION - If your order value is less than € 22, you will not be charged any additional costs. If your order value is between € 22 and € 150, the import VAT (7% or 19%) will apply. For orders greater than € 150 you will need to pay both VAT and customs duties.
