Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is not available at the moment! All orders that are marked as “gifts” won’t include any information about pricing and will show who gift is from. Also will not be available for exchange/return. All orders marked as gifts will include a small note stating who the gift is from

Refund and exchange policy

There are no exchange/ refunds! All Sales are final. In the event that I did your order incorrectly I will do everything I can to make it right! If for any reason I do accept a return, you must pay for shipping to send item back to me and will only receive shop credit(not a refund) Please understand this policy is in place as everything is handmade and takes time. I will not be able to resell nail sets that are ordered and returned due to sizing/hygiene issues.

All orders come with care instructions if necessary . If you should have anymore questions/concerns please feel free to message me

How long is shipping shipping time?

Shipping time varies on items/items you have ordered. Depending on item it can be anywhere from 3 - 5 days or 2 weeks! Usually your order will be out within one week but please be prepared for longer ship times! Most items are handmade to order so processing times are longer than premade items. Premade/Ready to shop items are usually shipped out within a few days(1week max) Should I run behind schedule I will shoot you a message to keep you updated! Your patience is appreciated

Custom and personalized orders

I am open to making customized orders wether it be art or beauty items. If you have any idea in mind that you don’t see in my shop please shoot me a message! I can give price quote and let you know if I can make it! Please note I also have sets on my website that are not in my Etsy shop!

Shipping pricing and details

All orders ship via priority mail! All shipping pricing is calculated automatically via Etsy when your checking out. I do not make up shipping pricing myself and pricing varies on your location. Please also note priority shipping is 1-3 days that does not include “processing time” please keep that in mind when ordering. I don’t do same or next day delivery as all orders are made to order!

All premade items are sold as is!!! Any information including sizing and such is included in every listing. I usually don’t replicate any premade items I’ve made however please feel free to shoot me a message should you want something similar. When it comes to premade nails please check listing size chart photo and listing details for size reference . I don’t except returns/exchanges .Nor do I customize premade items. They are ready to ship as is!

Please note most nails take a minimum of 1-2 hours(that’s for simple designs) some can take longer! Pricing includes time, labor and supplies used. Press ons can continue to be reused so you are definitely getting your money’s worth!! Also most are hand painted unless stated!!! Lots of time and love go into making them ❤️ If your nails don’t fit you or you find anything wrong with your order, please consider messaging me before you leave a negative review. I am always willing to work something out as I want all customers to be happy with their order!

Never received my package/package is lost

DUE TO AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS WHOS PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT “they never received it” PLEASE READ BELOW! I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please make sure your address is correct! You can always message me after you purchase if you’d like your order to be delivered elsewhere(as long as i have not shipped out yet) I am not responsible for your neighbors taking your package. I am not responsible for how fast usps delivers your package or where they place it. Any lost or stolen packages should be reported to usps. I ship priority only so there is insurance on your package. I am not responsible for filing a missing/lost package report for said packages you are. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR A LOST PACKAGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

You can check out more videos on my YouTube for care/application instructions for mail items. However your nails will arrive in a box and you can reuse that box to store them in when not in use. I suggest after taking them off to wipe with an alcohol pad to clean and lightly buff inside to get rid of any glue residue (if any) . A small nail drill will be ideal in taking off old glue from inside your nails

Very unfortunate that you chose to leave a false and negative review. Your order was not only shipped way ahead of schedule, it was shown as delivered in your mailbox(time and date). On top of that Etsy issued you a full refund eventhough your order was delivered. If your order wasn’t in fact deliveredas the tracking states, that is something you should have taken up with USPS as every order I send out is insured. You decided not to do that either. Cheating small businesses isn’t ok or cool. I hope you enjoy your decals though! 🫶🏻
