Perfect for dancing the night away at Viva Las Vegas, this top could be made in so many different fabric combinations - and it only takes a yard of fabric!
This fabulous halter top features bust gathering, tie neck and a wrap that fastens in front.
Size: Medium. This pattern is sized for a 34-36 inch bust, 28-30 inch waist - although there's a bit of lee-way as the top can be fastened tighter or looser as needed.
This listing is for the above PDF pattern, available by Instant Download (check the Downloads section of your Etsy account). I can also email it to you instead if requested.
Please note - this is a very early Subversive Femme pattern, and is hand-transcribed. I have chosen to leave it as hand-transcribed (instead of laying out new digital linework) to keep it more affordable.
The pattern is in two parts - an instruction file and a pattern file.
The hand reproduced pattern can be printed on either A4 8.5" x 11" paper.
I would suggest the difficulty rating for this pattern as an Easy-Intermediate.
Special note for my lovely EU Customers - if you'd prefer a custom listing for an emailed pattern to avoid the Digital Goods Tax (VAT) please send me a message with the patterns you would like.
All my vintage patterns are out of copyright (public domain). Public domain means you can make anything from the pattern to sell (just please don't resell or pirate the PDF, thanks!).
These patterns have been pre-loved down the through the years, and original owner's names and notations may be visible on the scans. All my patterns have a faint watermark (sorry).
This pattern has been carefully reproduced by hand.

I’m a novice at sewing and found this pattern easy to sew. It was my first time using bias tape. For my next top I would probably add a lining and skip on the side openings/holes and just wrap it on sides instead. Super cute design, would recommend :)
I absolutely LOVE this pattern! I have made more than 5 already. Was easy to grade up for my measurements. Very flattering and I love that it only needs 1 yard of fabric. Perfect fabric stash buster. And great for sunny California weather. 😎😁
Probably my favorite pattern that I have bought this year....and I bought a lot! I have made six of these in many different fabrics. They always come out perfect. I wear them any time I can and always get complements. Super easy to sew and grade up and down. If you are a new seamstress this is a great pattern for you!
This pattern was super easy to put together and follow! Love the shirt that I made. Thank you!!!
