Though the materials used is made of stainless steel, do not swim, or take a shower wearing your locket to preserve its longevity and the photos quality. The photos are water resistant, but they will get damaged if they get constantly wet .

To clean, it is best to use a soft microfiber cloth to clean the jewelry from smudges.
