All of our items have the ability to be made with custom sizing. Please take the time to measure your chosen chain length, bracelet measurement and or ring size. Many items cannot be resized. Those that can be resized will require a resize fee. This cost will depend on the item. Please contact us for details.

Sometimes a bracelet may have been ordered in the wrong size. Please note our bracelets are not adjustable unless they specify this in the listing. The cost to resize our spinning message bracelet is $40 to replace the clasp, the leather and time to do the work. If the leather does not need to be replaced after cutting it out of the clasp, a $20 refund will be issued after the resizing fee is paid in full.

Each piece is handcrafted and hand stamped by me. I will take extra care in ensuring your piece is beautiful however, hand stamping is never exact & some variation in letter alignment, stamping depth, oxidization & colour or texturing are inevitable. Please view these variations as personality & added interst. We will not replace any lost or broken pieces due to an accident or normal wear and tear. Sterling silver, fine silver & gold fill are soft & should be removed when sleeping, showering and swimming, playing sports or in any other situation where your piece may be tugged on or in contact with lotions or chemicals.

Your piece should not be worn in the shower, pool or get excessively wet. Darkening of letters will fade over time.

Occasionally, placing a last minute order is neccessary and I may be able to work overtime hours to complete your request. Completing a rush order upgrade does not have me push your order to the front of the production line but has me complete your order during overtime hours. To avoid the cost of rush & expedited shipping upgrades, you can request a free printable "custom gift is on the way" certificate to give until your custom piece arrives.

SHOP HOURS:
Due to the overwhelming amount of emails, I have had to initiate shop hours. We are experiencing 200+ messages a day and will get back to you asap.

You can expect all messages to be answered during these hours. It may now take up to 48 hours for a response but I will get back to you as soon as possible. I'm sorry but I do not answer questions or take orders over the phone. All messages should be sent through Etsy convos so I can follow up on the details of our conversation.

All items will be shipped to the address you have registered on your Etsy account. If you require your item to be shipped to another address, it is your responsibility to request it at the time of purchase clearly messaged in the note to seller section at checkout. All packages are shipped with Canada Post standard shipping. If you require a tracking number or would like insurance on your package, you must upgrade your shipping to expedited shipping.

Once all details of your custom order are finalized, I can no longer accept any changes or cancelations. Please make your decision to purchase carefully. Due to the custom nature of my pieces, no refunds or exchanges can be made once your order begins production. If your order has not been completed but supplies have been ordered, a restocking fee will be removed from any refunds for incomplete orders. The minimum restocking fee is $10 and will go up depending on the nature of the order.

Although packages are rarely lost in the mail, replacement costs will need to be covered by you, the purchaser should this happen unless you purchase tracking and insurance which comes with expedited shipping. I will be able to provide proof of shipment but will not replace your lost package.

I cannot guarantee the amount of time it will take for the post office to deliver your piece. Once it leaves my studio it is unfortunately out of my hands. If you choose not to purchase expedited shipping with tracking, I will not be able to tell where your package is or how long it will take to arrive other than the basic guidelines the post office offers. Canada Post does not offer tracking on standard shipping. I'm sorry, this is not my choice.
