Sizing Information (measurements in inches):

Each program is 5x7 and highlights all of your ceremony's events. Colors are navy blue and coral and printed on a shimmery ivory card stock, but they can be changed to just about anything you'd like.

♥ ALL INVITATIONS DESERVE TO BE CUSTOM ... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN EXACTLY?

I wholeheartedly believe that every paper product deserves to be custom, that's why you shop with a real live person that prints each piece by hand right?

Every product in my shop includes:
- change the orientation of the card
- changes to ink and paper colors
- changes to fonts
- hand picked letter styles for fancy fonts with multiple letter options
- changes to the wording

You will be charged an additional fee for:
- custom designs started from scratch (starts at $35 - price varies based on complexity of design)
- complete graphic changes (starts at $35 - price varies based on changes requested)
- double sided printing (starts at $0.25 - varies based on paper size)
- the use of graphics that I don’t already own (usually between $5-$15)

♥ HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. CONTACT ME - To start an order send me a message! Click the REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER link below the listing picture if you are on the web, or ASK A QUESTION if you are in the Etsy app. In your message let me know:
- how many you need
- when you need them by
- any changes from the listing picture that you might be interested in such as a change to the paper color, size, shape, or style (folded card or flat)

2. PURCHASE PROOFING DEPOSIT - Once you are sure you want to place an order, purchase this $50 deposit listing by clicking “Add to Cart” and complete checkout. Your deposit and shipping will be applied towards your final balance.

After your deposit, I'll draft a sketch of your design with any changes that you are making to the design and we'll talk about a timeline. This deposits are refundable up until proofing begins.

You can purchase your proofing deposit at any time - even if your wedding is still months away. I won't order any paper until your paper deposit is placed closer to your wedding date.

3. PAPER ORDER - Unless you have a rush order, this needs to happen no later than ONE MONTH before your wedding. I know that you may not have your guest list finalized yet at this point so I will order based on your best estimate, with plenty of paper to spare.

4. FINAL COUNT - I will need proof to be finalized with a firm head count absolutely no later than TWO WEEKS before your wedding. At this point I will start printing and aim to shoot for mailing out 10 days prior to your event.

5. FINAL PAYMENT - CUSTOM LISTING Your remaining balance plus shipping is due before your products ship out.

7. SHIPPING - All orders are insured and ship Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days domestically and 10-15 business days internationally. You will receive tracking information as soon as it ships. Expedited shipping is available if needed.

♥ RUSH ORDERS

Hey, planning a wedding is hard, and you may not have thought to start your programs, menus, place cards, etc. until just a few weeks before your wedding. It happens.

I can still accommodate rush orders. Any order placed less than ONE MONTH before your wedding will include an additional 15% or $25 whichever is greater. I add in this fee since I will typically need to push your designs out faster than usual and other clients will need to get bumped to accommodate your deadline.

It is rare that I have enough paper on hand, so we will also need to rush the shipping on your paper order to get it here in time. This is usually about $15-$60 depending on how fast we need it to get here.

Sample sets are available so you can experience my high quality materials and gorgeous design work in person before placing your full order. To order a sample select "Sample" from the drop down menu.

I don't always have samples of every product in stock. If the one you order is out of stock, I will contact you with an estimated timeline (usually about 1 week). If you are unsatisfied with the delay, your order will be refunded or replaced with a similar item.

Samples cannot be customized in any way, however I am more than happy to include swatches of any additional colors you might want to see. Please note that some of my samples are overprints from a previous order - the colors and general layout will be the same as the listing, but the names and information may not match.

I use the Envelopments brand of paper that is designed specifically for stationery and wedding invitations. I have over 250 colors available in matte, shimmery and patterned papers. Paper weight ranges from 80 lb - 130 lb cover weight.

Prices vary by color and size so I do give individual quotes for every order.

A budget is SO important and I want to do what I can to make sure you stay right on track. Paper pricing varies so much based on the type of paper, paper size, and labor involved. I can adjust nearly any design to fit a variety of price points. If you need to trim down the cost, we can consider taking out pockets, backings or envelope printing. You can still make an invitation beautiful on a budget.

Frequently asked questions about LamaWorks

Before you start - if you have any questions regarding pricing or changes to the design ask first!

Once you are ready to go:
1. PURCHASE DEPOSIT - you'll see either a $50 or $100 in every listing. This amount plus shipping will be applied to your final balance

2. WORDING - send over your requested wording either via Etsy or email

3. PAPER DEPOSIT - as soon as you are ready to order I'll get a custom listing up for 50% of your order

4. PROOF REVIEW - you will receive PDF proofs to review within 48 hours of sending wording

5. PRINTING - after proof approval is signed I will print!

6. FINAL PAYMENT - your remaining balance is due before your invitations ship out
To get the most accurate quote, it is helpful to know:
a. how many you need

b. when you need them by

c. any colors you'd like to change

d. any pieces you want to take out or add in

e. if you'd like to purchase them assembled (I tape together, you stuff, seal and send) or a DIY kit (I print and cut everything, you tape it together)

f. if you need to drastically change the price to fit your budget, let me know what your ideal budget would be and what parts of the invitation you absolutely must have (i.e. invite, RSVP, pocket, etc.)

If you need to get your order faster than the timeline stated above, I do offer rush orders. Rush orders will incur 2 additional fees:

1. An additional 15% or $25, whichever is greater

2. Charges associated with rush shipping the paper in. This varies from about $30-$100 depending on the speed of shipping. I will give you options before I order

Placing a rush order means that your order is at the top of my priority list for both design and printing. Excessive changes to the design, incomplete information or delays in replying to messages on your end will delay the process.
It takes time for me not only to design your wedding day accessories, but also to order the paper and print.

Any wedding day order that is started less than ONE MONTH before the event date will need to be rushed in order to get it out the door on time. Any order that needs to be out in less than 4 weeks from the purchase date will be charged:

1. An additional 15% rush order fee or $25, whichever value is greater.

2. Charges associated with rush shipping the supplies to us. This varies by order but averages around $30-$50

*Note - this fee does not apply to orders of table numbers only since those are not usually custom designs
I print most of my orders in my studio using a digital laser printer.

I do also have an outside printer that I can use for:
- digital metallic gold
- digital metallic silver
- letterpress
- thermography
- embossing
- debossing
- foil
Yes! Printed proofs are an additional $25 and take about 2 weeks to arrive.
I am incredibly picky about how my orders are printed and I value the end product, so I do not sell digital files.
Yes! Guests addresses are an additional $0.25 per invitation.

In order to print them, I will need your addresses in Excel, with each line of the addresses in the column, so please combine city, state and zip code together into one cell.

Everything will appear on your envelope exactly as you have typed them so please double and triple check your list for spelling errors.
