Not worth it, all file are hard to download, and I download tons of digital clip art and paper

This sounds like with a problem with Etsy's Instant Download feature - I've reported it to them. If it's not, I would really appreciate hearing the details so that we can resolve the problem. I reached out to you for more information, but have not heard back in over a week.
