1) Contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the damaged items next to the USPS package so I can file a claim with USPS.
2) Please keep the damaged items in case I am asked to send them to USPS for proof of damage.

I would definitely recommend buying the bigger size option for a more standard size ornament. You will also need to make sure you’ve purchased your own string to hang. The item is extremely beautiful and very well made! The shipping was very fast as well! Would recommend :)
