THIS IS A BLACK COSTUME STYLE HARD FELT TOP HAT. Please keep that in mind when purchasing. This hat is about 22.5" for the inside circumference. If you need some hat sizer let me know and I can add it to your package. I'm sorry, I cannot make the inside circumference bigger. I also have this style with a gold tone moon and star jewel in my shop.
