Each skein is carefully hand dyed by me in small batches, using high quality, super soft yarns, and acid dyes. Because of this, each skein is truly a unique creation, and a one of a kind colorway. These yarns are wonderful for shawls, sweaters, hats, and of course, socks.

When using hand-dyed yarns in a project that requires more than one skein, it is strongly recommended to alternate skeins every other row of knitting to even out any differences.

Lastly, as with any hand dyed yarn, please expect some variation from skein to skein (even within the same batch), as each skein is individually hand painted. I always attempt to take photos that accurately represent each colorway correctly, however color and intensity may vary with your monitor settings.

Care instructions:

I dye my yarn with professional acid dyes. The skeins are washed and rinsed thoroughly, although light bleeding may occur during the first wash. Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

All hand dyed yarns are processed using professional acid dyes, however some dyes may still bleed in hot water or upon first washing. Please always wash hand dyed yarns in cold water and do not soak. While I do use Superwash yarn bases on the vast majority of my yarns, I still recommend laying your finished items flat to dry to protect the lifespan of your item.

Items returned undeliverable will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser under the following circumstances:
- item marked by shipping company as unable to be delivered due to buyer being unavailable for delivery
- item unable to be delivered due to an issue with the mailing address.
- any other undeliverable instance that is determined to have been caused by the buyer.

In these instances, please contact us so we can invoice you for the additional shipping charges and re-ship your items out to you right away. If you choose to not have the items reshipped and opt to instead cancel the order, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, as well as any original shipping costs.

We do not currently accept returns, except where required by law to do so. We offer a two hour cancellation window in the event of an accidental order, after which a 25% restocking fee will apply. We do not accept exchanges, unless required by law to do so. Customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges in the event an exchange is approved. All exchanges or returns MUST be approved prior to sending back the order. For approved returned orders, a 25% restocking fee will apply unless prohibited by law.

I’d been eyeing this particular color way for some time to use to make a pair of socks. It’s definitely not my normal colors (only so many can pull off yellow especially when I practically glow in the dark), but this one kept lingering in the back of my mind and in my cart so I splurged. I’ve purchased before from this shop and, yes, their colors are beyond beautiful! I selected an 80/20 I think for durability which does fade the colors from their image a little. Nothing to complain about by any means. I don’t know when my socks are scheduled just yet but when they are a picture will be loaded here for comparison. Idea for the shop - swatch pics in different fibers really help us decide on the blend. Perhaps they can be follow-ups to the main pics? Just a thought hoping to help - Thank you!!!!

Thank you SO much for the feedback! I do wish it was possible to make swatches in all the different colors/bases, but sadly, I am not a fast knitter lol. I do my absolute best to get swatch photos whenever I can (and gladly accept them from customers!!) but it’s just not possible to make swatches for all 100+ Colorways we carry across our currently 14 different bases. Hoping someday we can pick up a CSM for a reasonable price, and maybe get more swatches done then, but until then we are somewhat limited on how many we can pull off. I wish I could give you better news in that, but know we do go to great lengths to make sure our photos accurately represent our yarn. Our customers mean the world to us and we want to make sure you’re happy!
