Vernon Kilns luncheon plate in the 'Lei Lani' pattern designed in 1937 by artist and poet Don Blanding. On the 'Ultra' form with a smooth rim, transfer printed in maroon and off white glaze with hand colored details.

Measures 9 1/2 inches diameter. Printed marks on reverse, probably 1940s.

Overall condition is very good, with no chips, cracks or crazing to the glaze.

**This listing is for ONE luncheon plate.** The last image shows another Blanding plate in my shop.
